DIY Spring Wreath

Well hello there. It's been another beautiful day here in southwest Florida. We are preparing for some rainy weather in the next few days though. Hey, rain beats snow, right?

Since it's been so wonderful outside, I decided to hang out on my balcony and work on a spring craft.

Copycat Taco Bell Quesadillas

Today I'm sharing one of my favorite dinners. Every time I go to Taco Bell, I get the chicken quesadilla. Taco Bell has so many delicious entrees, but really, you can't get a chicken quesadilla like that anywhere. Or can you?

Homemade Chicken & Dumplings

Today, I'm posting my favorite food. This is the ultimate comfort food. When I was in college, my Grandma would call me and ask when I was coming into town. She would make sure she had this huge meal waiting for me. I never understood why she cooked so much for one person, but she did. And, she always cooked Chicken and Dumplings.
